There are many terms and descriptions for the products we manufacture; Wiring looms, wiring harnesses, looms and cable assemblies. From simple earth cables to 500 way cable looms, each assembly is made to the highest standards by our expertly trained and certified operators. Solder, crimp, wire wrap and IDC terminations are all fully catered for and automated wire and cable cutting and prep equipment is used whenever possible.
Value-add mechanical assembly and hard-wired control panel work is a natural step once the cable assemblies are produced. Process based operator-built assemblies are a competitive alternative to costly electrician work. Utilise our approved supply chain for metal work, PCBA and plastic moulding or specify your supply chain as you require.
We appreciate many of our customers have their own in-house design departments but sometimes due to workload/time constraints we are required to assist with both assembly design and production of assembly drawings. Our knowledge of supply chain and suitable interconnect will help reduce lead-times and cost, account for long life product builds and produce bill of materials that are right for your products specification.
